RETURN POLICY
- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from KAELUR. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned merchandise.
- You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on KAELUR.COM.
- Orders must be returned by mail only.
- Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.(Underwear or swimwear, Fragrance is NOT returnable due to our hygiene policy.)
- Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for kaelur products not purchased from KAELUR.COM.
- Please choose your items carefully to avoid "change of mind" returns.
